Why diversity? It’s good business, duh.

The data shows diversity is good for business, but working with people different can be harder than working with a homogenous group.  But that’s the point; working with people who think differently from you leads to greater innovation and better team outcomes. So lean into the discomfort brothers–it’s good for the bottom line.
